I’ve always loved the funky edge to the Morgans Hotel Group properties. So, when I new I was heading to Istanbul it was a natural choice for me to stay at 10 Karakoy when I visited this hypnotic city a few weeks ago. The hotel is located in a historic building in Karakoy, a dynamic district of Istanbul. The interior of the building was completely redesigned and updated, in collaboration with award-winning architect Sinan Kafadar.

There are 71 guest rooms in 10 Karakoy, including a magnificent penthouse and luxury loft suites, some with their own private terraces. While visiting you will find delicious meals at Rudolf, a Mediterranean restaurant headed by world-renowned chef Rudolf Van Nunen. Chef Van Nunen follows the “slow food” concept and uses the freshest ingredients he can find locally. You will find a seasonally appropriate selection of Mediterranean dishes.

If you are looking to relax after your arrival (or any time!), you can enjoy a drink and a bite at ON10. Sip and nosh on the terrace floor of 10 Karakoy, while you gaze at Istanbul’s bustling city life below. You can also linger for some DJ-spun tunes later in the evening.
