Gypset Travel ~ Always Be On Your Guard

Tired From A Day Of Travel…..Trying To Cancel My Credit Cards

So…as fun as gypset travel is, there are always unexpected risks. And as of late it seems I am being educated in many ways on the right choices and the wrong ones you can make when traveling abroad. On Sunday night my pocketbook was stolen from the airport in Geneva Switzerland. My passport, wallet, credit cards, money and phone went along with it. Thieves tag teamed the driver of the car we were using. Create a distraction over there while committing the crime over here was their tactic.

My fellow gypsetting good friend and I were targeted by the thieves and followed through the airport awaiting their opportunity. Such an inconvenience and loss of the personal item that were taken, but all I can do is hope they needed it more than me. Hoping to get my passport in Geneva next Monday. Currently stuck at 1850 meters above sea level in the French Alps (there are worst places to be stuck) without a penny to my name, no identification and no phone! Thank goodness for good friends and Western Union! Will I become a permanent resident of France?? Stay tuned! Another chapter for the book! 😉

P.S. Notice the watermark in the photo? I have no credit card to pay the App to remove it! Lol 😉
